AGE

You must be aged 18+ to have any aesthetic treatment at Filled With Love Aesthetics. This will differ for any treatment which doesn't involve needles, such as our range of facials.

Failure to show photo ID if asked, will result in your treatment being cancelled and fees will incur.

AFTERCARE

Aftercare forms will be given after treatment, either in hard copy or emailed to you.

APPOINTMENTS

We will only transfer your deposit over once, to another date.

All messages are replied to in the order in which they are received (bottom to top). Please don't bombard the chat with lots of messages in different intervals, or you will go to the top and therefore, will have a longer response time.

Failure to attend your appointment will result in your deposit being lost.

APPOINTMENT TIMES

Please ensure you do not arrive any later than 10 minutes to your appointment. If this happens, your appointment may not be able to go ahead and may result in you having to rebook, as well as losing your deposit.

HOW TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT

STEP 1:

If requiring an appointment, please direct message us on Instagram (@filledwithlove_aesthetics) with your name, contact number, email address, type of appointment you require, and a date and time which suits you.

STEP 2:

Following this, we will let you know if we have availability at this time. If not, we will work out the best suitable times for you.

STEP 3:

After an appointment date and time has been confirmed through message, we will then require a 50% non-refundable booking fee, which will come off your overall treatment price.

STEP 4:

Once we have received this payment we will then book you onto our online booking system. Your appointment will not be confirmed or officially "booked" until the 50% booking fee has been received on our end.

STEP 5:

After this has been completed successfully, you will then receive an email confirming your appointment, as well as your consent and medical forms which need to be completed before attending.
